Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other events outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
